The Beginning
Hindustan Hydraulics (HHPL) was incorporated in 1965 by our CMD- M.M.S Khosla, with the mission to cater to the growing Indian industrial sector's requirement for Sheet Metal Solutions, matching the best in the international markets.The portfolio included hydraulic presses of different sizes and application such as forming presses, deep draw presses, forging presses, scrap bailing presses etc. There were numerous international collaborations with world leaders like TOS, Czechoslovakia, for presses and HOESCH MFD, Germany, for re-railing equipment for Indian Railways.
Through one of the toughest socio-economic conditions HHPL grew to be recognised in the domestic and international manufacturing industry as a dependable manufacturer of hydraulic presses. In 1989 HHPL contracted a technical collaboration with M/s Darley b.v Holland to manufacture the latest CNC Hydraulic Press Brakes and NC Hydraulic Shearing Machines. In the 90's with the opening up of the Indian economy, we faced enormous competition from established international and domestic giants in the field. But due to constant innovations, superior servicing, high quality and a committed team, HHPL survived and grew to capture large percentage of the market share.
Today
Growth continues at a steady pace. We have grown into a 13900 sq. mtr. state of the art manufacturing unit, employing qualified graduate engineers & diploma holders specialising in every aspect of machine manufacturing -right from design, manufacturing, quality control, sales & servicing. Our markets have grown to countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia & Australia where we have sold more than 500 machines. In the domestic market, we are considered as the preferred vendor by the top engineering companies, in the private as well as public sector, with more than 7500 installations.

Research & Development Based Quality Policy
At HHPL research & development is a constant process to meet the client's requirements. A team of engineers along with departmental professionals work on different areas, based on customer inputs to improve the current product line and to develop new ones. Due to these practices we have been able to
- Improve material handling solution on the shearing machines
- Specially design machines for Lighting poles and High mast.
- Create special tooling solutions for the lighting fittings
- Produce shearing machines of 6300 mm lengths
- Design CNC press brakes with latest material handling solutions.
Environment & Corporate Responsibility
We continuously strive to protect the environment around us, by recycling the water, ensuring increased green plants in the campus and using solar energy for heating. We continue to promote local events related to the improvement of the healthy environment all around.
The Management and Staff always offer a hand of help in different situations whether it is help to war victims, natural calamities or disaster management. Most of the members of the management and senior staff are associated with the different social NGOs working for the benefit of poor deaf and blind children, needy old age homes and socially backward women.
In addition the Company offers continuous support to different organizations that work towards girl education.
